in Belgrade City Hall. Please note that Gala Dinner is not included in the registration fees. The extra payment of 40 Euros is required. Registrations for Gala Dinner will be possible on registration desk, until 12:00 on October 5th.

NOTE: Transportation for all Social Events will be organized from Sava Centar, Meeting Venue. The final Shuttle Bus Schedule will be available on the Registration Desk.

  • City sightseeing: Terazije Street, Slavija Square, King Milutin Street, King Aleksandar Boulevard, Nikola Pašić Square, Republic Square, Vasina Street, Belgrade Fortress

Oplenac - Pre Meeting Tour
(for participants and Accompanying Persons)

Just 85 km from Belgrade is the well-known historical location associated with Karadjordje, the leader of the First Serbian Insurrection against the Turks in 1804. The sites that have been preserved in Topola are Karadjordje’s Mansion, a log-church, and a small fort. Towering above Topola is Oplenac Hill with the Church of St.George. It was built as a mausoleum in 1910-1930 using white marble. Its interior is decorated with mosaics of great value.
- Lunch in Restaurant Aleksandar, which is a fusion of traditional Serbian hospitality and delicious food.

Belgrade Sightseeing
(for Accompanying Persons only)

Route:

  • Belgrade Fortress and Kalemegdan park which boast a splendid view of the confluence of two rivers Sava and Danube (a walking tour - approximately 45 min.)
  • Orthodox Cathedral, Residence of Princess Ljubica and a short visit of the one of the oldest buildings in Belgrade, "?" restaurant, which still preserves the interior typical for the Balkan Inn.
  • Terazije Square and Hotel Moscow in the heart of the town.
  • Royal Compound of Karadjordjevic and Obrenovic dynasty with residences of Serbian kings from XIX and XX century; the oldest boulevard of the town, Boulevard of Prince Milos the Great; exclusive residential part of Belgrade–Dedinje Hill and Senjak with the most beautiful palaces and residencies; visit to the park belonging to the residence of Tito, ex-president of Yugoslavia and a tour of the House of Flowers, where Tito was buried.
  • Sightseeing of the posh area of central Belgrade, Vracar and its Karadjordje's Park with numerous monuments and National Library; visit of the interior of the Temple of Saint Sava, the largest Orthodox church in the world, which has been built for more than 70 years; Parliament of Serbia.

Sremski Karlovci

Sremski Karlovci is a rare pearl of Serbian culture and spirituality. The baroque core of the city boasts of many historical buildings that first overwhelm you with their beauty and then with their significance. Krusedol Monastery dates from beginning of 16th Century, still preserves frescoes and wall art from 16th Century, and this year it is celebrating 5 centuries of existence.
The Srem region is one of the oldest viticulture areas in Europe. The grapevine has sprouted on Mt. Fruška Gora’s fertile hills for over 1,700 years, ever since it was first planted by Roman Emperor Probus of the ancient Sirmium.
