Registration Fee for participants includes:
Participation in the scientific program, visit to the exhibition area, congress material, coffee breaks, lunches and the Get-together Reception.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
ESA members who have not paid their membership fee for year 2008 and/or for the previous years will have to pay the full fee as non-members and they will not receive “Transactions Book”.

Accompanying Persons Registration Fee includes:

  • Get-together Reception, Sunday, October 4th 2009
  • Belgrade Sightseeing, Tuesday, October 5th 2009, Lunch after the Sightseeing

    • IMPORTANT NOTE:
    Accompanying Persons Fee does not include participation in the Scientific Sessions.

    NOTE: Accompanying Persons should be registered in the Profile of the participant they are accompanying.
    To register an accompanying person, please log into your profile and register the accompanying person on the page Extras.

    Please make sure that the name of the Meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.

  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should not affect the amount to be paid
  • Payment on the spot could be done either in cash or using Credit card (all major cards acceptable).
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: For written cancellation before September 15, an administration charge of 25 Euros will be applied. After this date, no refunds can be made.

    • CREDIT CARD PRE-PAYMENT

    If you wish to pay for your registration fee and extra options in advance using your credit card, please use the Printable Version of your registration form. When you complete the registration, you will have an option of printing your registration form. Print the form, fill in the details of your card, sign it and fax it to fax number: +381 11 220 6089. Also, please note that our bank requests a copy of the credit card used for payment for reasons of security. Thus, please be so kind to fax a copy of your credit card (front and back side) together with your form.
    Please note that only the signed and faxed registration forms will be accepted. Please DO NOT e-mail them to the Meeting Secretariat!
