Oral and Poster Presentations Instructions

INFORMATION FOR ORAL PRESENTERS

Allocated time for oral presentations is 7 minutes followed by a 3 minutes discussion.

Allocated time for Rapid Fire presentations is 4 minutes presentation followed by a 2 minutes discussion.

The halls are equipped with technical conditions for computer presentations. Computer presentations should be prepared in MS Power Point and delivered to the technician on a CD, USB flash memory stick, or on a personal Notebook computer. Please use standard fonts in your presentation. Presenters should submit their presentations on CD or USB flash memory to the technician 15 minutes before the session the latest. Also, the presentations can be checked in the Speakers Check-In Room, Annex B.

You may supply your own laptop computer as a back-up.

Please note that the meeting computer in the session hall is supplied with Windows XP and Office 2003 (at least).

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MACINTOSH USERS
If using a Macintosh laptop computer, please note that you need to supply your own, confirm that it has a VGA socket for external signal and come to check it first with the technician in the Meeting Hall as soon as you arrive, either during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 1 hour before the start of the session.

INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
Authors are responsible for bringing their posters to the Meeting.
Please do not mail them to the Meeting Secretariat.

The poster stand dimensions are: 2m (height) and 1m (width). The posters should be put up on October 4th, 15:00-18:00. The poster stands will be marked with numbers. The authors should adhere to the numeration listed in the Program. To see the number of your poster, please see the Poster list. The posters should be removed after the end of the Meeting. Any poster not removed by this time will be discarded.

Poster Exhibition times:
Monday, October 5th, 11:15-11:45 and 16:00-16:30, Tuesday, October 6th, 10:30-11:15 and 15:45-16:15 and Wednesday, October 7th, 10:30-11:00.

Authors are kindly asked to be present next to their posters during Coffee Break and Poster Exhibition on Tuesday, October 6th from 10:30-11:15.
